The beautiful Pan-Pacific Mountainside Hotel is the venue for the conference and is located right in the heart of Whistler village & right at the bottom of the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. This lovely hotel boasts plenty of creature comforts, including a beautiful outdoor pool with views to knock your socks off. 

Among many creature comforts on offer at the Pan-Pacific, including well-appointed kitchenettes, the hotel offers complimentary high-speed internet access for all guest suites, complimentary local, a complimentary ski valet service, and complimentary use of the Pan-Pacific Centre & Pan-Pacific Mountainside of the fitness facility, pool and pool decks.

Once you have registered with the conference secretariat, you can then make your accommodation booking with the Pan-Pacific Mountainside Hotel, quoting the conference booking number you received from the conference secretariat.

Special accommodation rates have been negotiated for Medicine with Altitude delegates, and from experience, the rooms reserved for the conference will be booked quickly, so early bookings are essential.

 Studio suite lower floor/per room/per night – $469.00 CAD

              - rates are based on double occupancy per room per night.

          - upgrades to the upper suite & Mountain View suites can be guaranteed for an additional cost, determined at time of booking.

1-bedroom suite lower floor/per room/per night – $559.00 CAD

               - rates are based on double occupancy per room per night.

          - upgrades to the upper suite & Mountain View suites can be guaranteed for an additional cost, determined at time of booking.

          - extra person charge is $25 CAD per night for adults over 18 years of age.

2-bedroom suite lower floor/per room/per night – $1139.00 CAD

               - rates are based on quad occupancy per room per night.

          - upgrades to upper suites can be guaranteed for an additional cost, determined at time of booking.

          - extra person charge is $25 CAD per night for adults over 18 years of age.

All rooms subject to applicable taxes, 11% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) and 5% Government Service Tax (GST).
